Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity Board of Trustees is pleased to announce Erin McPartland as the organization’s next Executive Director. While the Board conducted an extensive national search, she was serving as Interim ED and officially accepted the position before the Thanksgiving Holiday.
“The Executive Search Committee executed a thorough search, underscoring our commitment to identifying a leader who embodies the values and vision that define the organization.” Lauren Clarke, MVHFH’s Board President stated, “Through the process, it became evident that Erin has a profound understanding of affordable housing, long-standing relationships with partners, volunteers, and donors, and a comprehensive grasp of Habitat's Mission."
Over the past ten years, McPartland has focused her career on non-profit management, fund development, and community engagement. She joined the local affordable housing non-profit in April of 2016 and, under her leadership as the Development and Engagement Director, MVHFH has experienced significant fund development growth and increased presence in the community.
“I have a deep love for MVHFH’s mission, our Board and team, our donors and volunteers, the people we serve, and our community. The waiting lists for our programs are over three years long – I look forward to building on the current successes of our organization while collaborating with our community to solve our affordable housing needs.” stated Erin McPartland, MVHFH Executive Director.
As Executive Director, McPartland will oversee the execution of MVHFH’s 2021-2026 Strategic Plan and work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and stakeholders to begin crafting a vision for the future of the Lucas County affiliate.
