Tools to Bring...
To our volunteers coming out to our home builds, we are requesting that you bring the following tools, if you have them so that those who do not have them can use our small inventory of tools.

Tools to bring include: Hammer, tape measure, pencil, utility knife.

Searles Build
Hello Secor Gardens! Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity held its dedication ceremony July 21, 2010 and thanked the wonderful work of great volunteers! Epworth UMC and Sylvania UCC, thank you! This is our first two-story build in several years.
Pass It On Incentive Program
Maumee Valley Habitat homeowners who refer a qualifying family by the November 2010 board meeting will be eligible for a $250 mortgage rebate. Be sure that they give your name on the pre-application as the referring source.
Ethiopia Tithe
Our tithe goes to Ethiopia. In 2009 $39,440 was tithed. At $4,500 per family sponsorship, we sponsored almost nine families in Ethiopia in their quest for homeownership. That is global impact!
